Wild Mother Goose has a strong focus on maintaining health and wellbeing. An essential part of this is the creation of nutrient dense wholesome food everyday. The 'Food' tab will lead you to a large collection of wild mother goose recipes designed for everyday healthy eating and includes a variety of vegan, vegetarian, raw, paleo and gluten and dairy free recipes for you to try - all are provided free!
You can also take your food, cooking and health knowledge to the next level by attending a wild mother goose food workshop, available for booking in the 'Shop'
In the wild mother goose shop you will find all the information on our cooking classes and can book online or over the phone. Come along to a class for enhance your cooking skills, learn about healthy wholesome eating and understand the basics of food preparation, there are classes for all levels of cooking.
Wild mother goose hosts an intimate 'monday meal swap' group. The monday meal swap results in attendees taking home a variety of healthy food and meals made for the week! Each swap member creates 5 meal portions with a budget of $50-$70 and brings them to the swap and then takes 5 meals home (one from everyone). Six people in a meal swap group seems to be the magic number to make it work well. Our group has catered to the dairy and wheat free needs of our group and many of our meals are vegan, organic and healthy. You'll find a collection of recipes in our 'monday meal swap' section that can be made in bulk for the purpose of a 'monday meal swap'... perhaps you might even be inspired to start your own swap group!
