Avocado and red papaya smoothie

Avocado and Red Papaya Smoothie

1 cup coconut milk
1 whole avocado
1/2 a red papaya
3 raw dates or another sweetener like maple syrup or honey
1/2 cup almonds
12 cubes of ice


1. In a high powered blender blend the almonds and dates until they resemble breadcrumbs
2. add all other ingredients and blend until smooth. I like my smoothies runny so I add more water, but if you like yours thick then add less water.
3. I like to add some extra ice afterwards, then drink.
