Avocado, banana and apple smoothie (makes 2)
1 pink lady apple
500mL coconut water
2 tsp honey (or maple syrup or dates for vegan option)
12 ice cubes
add all ingredients to your high powered processor/blender and wazz for approximately 1 minute until smooth. Serve cold… it tastes like a banana smoothie if you can close your eyes and get over the ‘green’.
