Green Smoothie

Green Smoothie (makes 2 large)


A big handful of nuts (almonds, cashews and macadamia’s work well)
2-3 fresh madjool dates (pits removed)
3-4 kale leaves (stems removed)
handful of parsley
half a cucumber
1 large banana
2 large kiwi fruit
about 12 ice cubes
aprox 250 mL of water or coconut water (add more if you want it thinner or less if thicker)


  1. wazz nuts and dates in your thermomix or high powered blender until they are a fine powder
  2. add rest of ingredients and wazz until smooth and not chunky or grainy (in the thermomix blend on about speed 8-10 for a minute).
  3. Serve cold.
