Mango, coconut and macadamia smoothie (makes 3 small or 2 large)


400mL tin of coconut cream/milk
the cheeks of 1-2 mangoes
1/2 cup macadamia nuts
1-2 medjool dates (pits removed)
1 tsp cardamon powder
12 ice cubes


  1. In your high powered processor mill the nuts and dates to a powder.
  2. add the rest of the ingredients and wazz at high speed until smooth.
  3. If you prefer your smoothie thinner, add water as desired.
  4. Sprinkle with a little cardamon and serve cold
