If you are an absolute beginner and interested in creating your own fermented foods and drinks, this class is for you!
A healthy microbiome is one of the core requirements for good health and a healthy microbiome is achieved by consuming beneficial bacteria. Eating fermented foods are an effective way to restore and maintain a healthy microbiome and heal your body of a wide range of ailments.
This class will give you step by step demonstrations on how to make:
- Kombucha; and
- Water kefir
You’ll also go home with your own kombucha SCOBY so you can start fermenting right away and a jar of kimchi from the day
After attending this workshop you are welcome to join the wild mother goose fermentation alumni Facebook group and receive on going guidance as you get started on fermenting and see how everyone else is going too.
A few notes about your class and venue:
*Light healthy snacks and a cosy environment are provided on the day
*All of the products created and provided are gluten free, dairy free, soya free and vegan friendly
*This venue is not accessible to wheel chairs and those with poor mobility
*Street parking available
