Raspberry, Macadamia and Coconut Bliss Balls


1/2 cup oats
1 cup macadamia nuts (or cashews)
2 Tbs chia seeds
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 Tbs coconut flour
2 Tbs maple syrup
1/2 cup desiccated coconut


  1. Process nuts and oats until they are a powder
  2. add the raspberries and desiccated coconut and process until raspberries are mushed in
  3. add rest of ingredients and process together until the mixture is sticky and resembles cookie dough.
  4. Roll the mixture into ball and let sit in fridge for 4 hours to set

I would suggest storing these frozen as the raspberries won’t stay fresh for long
