Raw Raspberry Jam


1 cup frozen, fresh or thawed raspberries (you could use other berries)
4 fresh medjool dates (pitted)
2 Tbs white or black chia seeds


  1. Wazz berries and dates in a food processor or thermomix until it is the consistency you are happy with (I like mine a little chunky but you can wazz till it’s smoother).
  2. Transfer to a container
  3. Stir in chia seeds and wait 2 hours or so before you use it. The chia seeds will thicken the mixture to a spreadable consistency. If yours is to runny you can add more chia seeds
  4. This is made from fresh fruit so not preserved in the same way as Jam normally is, so you’ll have to eat it within a week or so.
