Spiced Bliss Balls


2 cups raw almonds
1 cup hazelnuts
1 1/2 cups pitted madjool dates (aprox 16)
2 Tbs tahini
4 Tbs coconut oil
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp all spice
1/2 tsp cardamon
desiccated coconut to roll

Note: feel free to adjust spice portions to taste


  1. Process the nuts and dates until they resemble bread crumbs
  2. add remaining ingredients and combine until mixture sticks together (if its not wet enough and doesn’t come together you can add more tahini or dates. I have made it less sweet so I think 4 or 5 more dates would be ok)
  3. roll into balls and  then into desiccated coconut
  4. store in the fridge or freezer
